All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
We accept returns on the following items:
* product that arrived damaged
* unopened media (must be in original, unopened packaging)
Open, defective media can only be exchanged for the same title.
For exchanges and returns please send an email to ghostsinthegraveyard@gmail.com, including the following:
* your name
* order number
* order date
* name of the product you wish to return
* reason for return
We will contact you with a return address.
We will credit your original method of payment, minus shipping charges.
